We reserved (and was promised) a luxury car while my premium level Cadillac CTS-4 was in the body shop, instead we got a base level Impala. The car was filthy and inside the car had a terrible, sickening odor. We were told that a luxury car would be in later in the day, but when we came back, we were offered a Toyota Corolla, which we didn't take. The next day an employee tried to make things right and brought us a Ford Taurus Limited, which was much better. It was new so it smelled better and was cleaner but not spotless. Rated one star because zero wasn't an option.
