Carpets Plus provided good customer service, and they really explain what they are doing. We used them in our old house, and we just recently used them again in our new home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around nice people. They did a nice job, and they did not leave a mess. They put in vinyl flooring, and it looks wonderful. They have good product knowledge.
