Islander Pools is glad that Jeff's first response was that his project turned out well. We always focus on quality and communication, but sometime in construction things don't always go as planned, but even when that is the case we make sure the final product is top quality. As the owner of Islander Pools, I personally meet with Jeff several times and did my best to remedy any issue that Jeff had. We even discounted the last payment for his troubles. With that all being said, I hope Jeff and his family enjoy their remodeled pool, which is gorgeous, for years to come and Islander Pools will continue to work on improving it's way of doing business.
