I can't imagine why there are negative comments about Cape Fear Flooring & Restoration. I had a severe flood at my home and from the very first call they were courteous and speedy. They arrived at my home and began the drying process immediately and took care of the insurance process as well. When it came time for repairs, their staff were very helpful during such a stressful time and understood how devastating such an event brings to a family. I received help from the knowledgeable flooring staff in choosing my new flooring and the installation turned out beautiful. I can't imagine not having this company on my side during this ordeal.
