I didn't like that we are from out of town and they told us to bring it in at 8:30 am, we checked back by at 12:30 or so, and they still hadn't looked at our car. We finally gave up waiting and went back home (45 miles away). Then they called and said they needed to keep it overnight. It was taken in for a 60000 mile service and one other issue. The 60000 mile service, in my opinion, should have been done when we made the appointment. The manager apologized for the miscommunication, so that is why we gave it a 3 instead of lower. It was super inconvenient for us, and we waisted 4 hours waiting for the car when it wasn't even being looked at.
