After returning home on Sunday from a weekend trip, we found that the HVAC was not working. After checking breakers & thermostats to no avail, we called Schmidt. They were there within the hour, did their trouble shooting and explained the problems. After approving the work, he had the unit working within an hour and cooling normally.
