We really enjoyed working with Fred Remmers, they delivered on everything that they promised and the whole experience went very smoothly. They went through the entire cleaning process with us ahead of time so that we could understand the service and how the rug would look afterwards. When it came time to do the work, they arrived right on time to take the carpet back to their cleaning facility and two days later we had what looked like a brand new carpet delivered back to us. They did a good job and it was a really nice experience.
