Don't count on Blue Dog to open on time, especially when it snows. I made a reservation for one week and the boss would not honor it because I posted a review saying that they don't always open on time. When I spoke with her about it, she defended her employees saying that they cannot get to work on time in a snow storm. \r

I was willing to forgive and forget, but not the owner who told me that my puppy, who just had surgery, can no longer stay at Blue Dog even though the original fault was that of the company!\r

They did treat my dog very well but the owner has a chip on her shoulder. Too bad!
