I have used various appliance repair companies in Oklahoma City and have very happily found one that actually practice what they advertise! I scheduled an appointment for the next day for two Kitchen Aid appliances (dishwasher and refrigerator) and the next day was cheerfully called by James who was timely approaching my home in northwest Oklahoma City. James was courteous, thoughtful, friendly and explained exactly what was wrong with each of my appliances and the cost to repair them. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the bill. James was a pleasure to talk with as he was working. He is a classy, well groomed man with the highest of values regarding his work ethic and performance! Whenever I need any type of appliance repair in the future, I will always call Mr. Appliance of Oklahoma City and request James. James made the usual fear of having appliances repaired a much less stressful event. In the meantime, I will inform all my friends of this wonderful company and their high set of standards and the excellent employees they keep on staff.
