Miserable experience - avoid like the plague. No great surprise that this company's main goal is to take your money and spend as little as possible. One week after moving in, the local sheriff served foreclosure notice due to the owner's failure to pay the mortgage. Although not an attorney, Debbie Henry was very good at letting me know that she and her company had no accountability whatsoever nor would any help be forthcoming (I was advised that if this made me nervous, I should consider moving out). Service is practically non-existent. I called for service on the garbage disposal - someone showed up 2 WEEKS later and I was sent a bill for $90. Finally, Debbie and her company have hijacked $200 of my security deposit. They claim that one of my closets smelled like cat urine - I am allergic to cats and have never had pets in the house. I should also note that Debbie frequently says that she would rather talk on the phone to avoid documenting anything in writing... things are always ""out of her hands"". In short, do not expect any service or consideration whatsoever from this miserable, borderline-unethical company.
