Have been a customer of Frymire since 1999. Have had a maintenance contract with them since they installed our heat/AC during our new home construction. They installed a new AC unit in Oct 2012 that has a 10 yr warranty. On Sunday 7/13/14 heard a strange noise coming from the compressor & called them that night. They had a technician out here by 11:00am the next day. They said the capacitor was burning out and it was replaced under the warranty at no charge.
