I had KDC Electric come in for what I believed was a rather simple job of adding outlets to a wall that had been remodeled. After they got into the wall, they realized that the previous owner had electrical work done that was not up to code, and therefore it really expanded into a full day of work. They got it to work, it looked very nice, and it was up to code.
The electricians were very professional. They indicated that they had an interest in providing me with service that I would be happy with. They gave me their cell number and things like that if I had any problems or issues. They were happy to follow up with me, and I felt they made the effort to be consumer oriented.
