We have a contract service for heating and air conditioning with R&D Heating and Cooling. It took a while to get the appointment, but they came when they said they would. The gentleman who came was polite and professional. He left no mess at all. He was very careful, and he did the work expeditiously. There wasn't any dawdling.
He made a report to my husband, and then my husband had a follow-up question about billing. He called back within an hour. We have no complaints about the service. It was a young fellow who I knew from another setting, and it was nice to see him grown up and sound so competent during the work. We would be happy to recommend!
