My first time using Groton Auto Body was excellent. They were really responsive and straightforward. Rich took apart my car and didn't charge me for a diagnosis. He laid out my options and told me the exact costs for each of them. The prices were very upfront and the estimate matched the final costs. They were very reasonable as well.
Rich repaired an automatic door that had stopped closing properly. My dealer wanted to charge me three times as much as Rich did to fix it and I was really pleased to find an independent auto body shop who could help me instead. It was a great experience. Rich and Lisa know what they're doing and are terrific to work with. They're also conveniently located.
