The people who came out to my property from Danmer Custom Shutters were very good. I had more trouble with the people in the office, as far as billing. It was kind of a complicated thing, because I was having several apartment units done. I like the product, so all the units include Danmer's shutters.
My only suggestion would be to have each person do more than one thing! I wanted at least one other unit measured each time I had one done. When one fella came out to measure the windows, they still had to send out a lady to make sure he did it right -- which I thought was kind of a waste of time. All four units did get finished in the end, so everything was fine.
