I called Frymire last year to report the noise that was coming from my out size unit and the service person stated nothing was wrong with the unit, I report it two months before the warranty expired. I received service on July of this year and now the service person is stating that a part needs to be replace now the service warranty has expired, this is fishy to me and the guy was not even going to mention the noise until I asked him to check. I have been using Frymire for about ten years now and if I have to pay for the installation or parts I will be taking them to court. My house is not even ten years old, the original unit are put in and replace after seven years by Frymire and nothing but problems amost every year. This has cost me thousands of dollars. If this issue is not resolved I will be taking my business some where else.
