Service gentleman, Todd is always very pleasant to work with. He remembers our name, does whatever he can to get us in and out in a timely manner. He keeps a watchful eye on services that are due but never awkwardly pushes they get done that day. My vehicle is a 2004 Excursion and he goes above and beyond when trying to locate odd items (new seatbelt cover) that the parts department don't stock any longer.
