this kost location is worth staying clear of..\r i had brought my car in for a inspection years ago and they told me i had bad wheel bearings. i replaced them to pass the inspection of course and the next year (last aug) i had another bad wheel bearing so another replacement. this year i had a problem out of town and took the car into another plase and they told me i had the wrong wheel bearings in it and that they where still good but the studs were longer than i could use, and my lug nuts didn't seat up against the rim but bottomed out on the end of stud. i just went there again for another inspection and told them about the wheel bears they put in and this time they came up with a new repair to fail my inspection. a tie rod end that was going to cost me $210 this time and i told them to fail it and left as its a $21 part and i could rent a pickle fork cheap. i took the tie rod off and replaced it and showed it to the place i rented the fork from and they said it was just a bad bushing and didn't seem bad. i will be going to another store for the alignment this time and to get my sticker as they just don't want to do service without finding work and if you know some parts are good they don't say they are wrong.\r kost is nice as they have a lot of stores and the CC is easy to work with but bad work in this store can drive people away forever. i'm hoping the endicott store is better as that's the next closest for me to bad its hard to get there without passing the police station now i don't have a sticker..... more
