I call All Stone Tile & Wood Restoration to refinish my floors. I thought they were prompt, on time, and they did what they said they were going to do in the time frame that they tell you.
It was my first time using them, and the work turned out good. I just think they missed some spots, but other than that, it was good. Overall, it was a positive experience.
