II am from Iowa and I found this organization online. I use the word organization in two ways; they seem to be unorganized and they seem to be an organized racket to liberate people from their money. I ordered a hard to find headlight for a Honda MB5 on June 3, 2014; today is June 26, 2014 and I have yet to see my part. I have called them twice, the first call I was told I would get a shipping confirmation in a couple days. I called again a week later only to be told I would receive a shipping confirmation in a couple days! I asked for a refund and was told they would have to call me back! The concept of customer and merchant seem to be something new to these people. Customer pays for item, merchant supplies the item if merchant cannot supply item he does not take the money; nothing new, nothing complicated. Sounds like it time for small claims court!
