On the Spot sent 2 young men to my house and they had wonderful manners and were very courteous. They were very interested and asked questions about my car in preparation. I walked with them around and showed them my concerns. I thought I had lost a sentimental ring under the center console and they gently took time to try to find it for me. No luck, but they really tried and even they wanted to find it! My car is perfect! Every inch was cleaned, shined, waxed, sprayed, buffed, shampooed, you name it - they did it. They worked the entire time they were here and were the nicest, most polite gentlemen, their boss should be very proud of these 2 employees. They are professional representatives for his company.
