It was determined that we needed a new furnace and AC unit. Scott, the Comfort Specialist came out quickly, listened to our needs and determined just what we needed for our home. The price that he quoted us was about half of what another company had quoted us for the same installations! Chris and Craig did our installation. They were extremely polite and very efficient. A plumbing problem came up during the installation and Taylor and another plumber came out quickly. They, too were extremely polite and efficient. The entire process was completed as promised with no hidden costs and on time. We are very happy with the entire process! \r
