The phone and internet services are very professional, as far as scheduling appointments go, but it takes too long to get an appointment for service. The technicians are knowledgeable, but they have been out a number of times to fix the very same issue and never seem to get it fixed. This last time they appear to have fixed the problem, but left a mess in my attic. Replaced the drain pan and just left the old one sitting there, threw trash in a bucket and left it in the attic as well. At the prices they charge, I would expect better attention to detail.
