This was the first service visit by John McClellon who was assigned by Frymire to replace David Giron who had previously been scheduled for this service. David had been providing this service at this residence for many years. Because I had specifically requested David for this service call, it would have been the courteous thing for a Frymire rep to have called and advised me that another technical rep would be making the call. I have been a Frymire customer since June 1993.
