John B. came out to my house this morning at the time the appointment was for. He was professional. As we talked about the work I was interested in having done he explained everything to me as well as showing me the problem areas with my plumbing. John wrote up an estimate with the different options I had for the work to be done. I think John did a great job and I would recommend him.
