Needed a brake job and was also time for transmission service. These guys got to it quickly and efficiently. Felt much more comfortable with an individual shop vs. a chain. They knew things that the chain shop didn't (like which fluids to use) and if I had gone with the chain shop, the wrong fluids would have been used in my vehicle thereby voiding the warranty! I trust them completely. Also like that they emailed me details afterwards so now I have a digital record of my service.
