The fellow from Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners who picked up the rug and returned it was non-communicative. When I asked things like "what about this" or "what about that," or just had technical questions in general, he was very dismissive. He had poor customer service, looked at the ground, and didn't talk. He was the main problem with my experience.
It was my first time using their services, and had them clean a rug. The cleaning went okay and it was fine, but it wasn't something that I would say is wonderful.
