Took a vacation day for this, had appointment for the morning (8-12) Said they would call 1/2 hour before showing up..... no call until 12:30 PM, said they were running behind, would be another 1-1.5 hours....nobody showed up. Phone call at 3pm saying they're not coming... no time. I took a vacation day for this !! I didn't re-schedule.... abuse me once, shame on you, abuse me twice by me taking a 2nd vacation day, shame on me. \r
