I brought my car in for a check-up, and they showed me why my car was rattling and that it was of no immediate concern, but if it got any louder to get back to them. Service was quick, efficient and friendly and I've experienced nothing less in the 5+ years I have been going there. It needs to be stated clearly that unlike every other repair shop I have been to I have never had to take a car back twice for the same problem.
