I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service person said it would take 1 hour 30 minutes, give or take 15 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours and 10 minutes.
Even though I didn't complain, the service person was very apologetic and gave me a voucher for a free oil change when I come back. I appreciated the fact that they owned up to the issue and tried to make things whole again, without me having to complain.
