They were very knowledgeable of the unit I needed and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. The two men who put the unit in did outstanding work and quickly. There were a couple of problems with the location of the thermostat and the placing of the unit. They handled it like pros and it looks good. The floors were covered for protection and they did a nice job of cleaning up the inside and outside. I did not have central heat and air before so they had to do a lot of grungy work outside. I will most certainly use them again.
