This company will try to scam you for previous damages and take advantage of the bad weather (Hail) we have had. Their cars are stored in an uncovered parking lot exposed to the elements. They do a quick walk around then warned me to buy insurance or they would charge me $500 if it got hail damage. I did not drive in any hail and parked it in a carport every night. They charged me a $50 clean fee also which I would get back, so they say. I took the car and had had it detailed costing me$15.When I brought the car back a guy came out to inspect it and he said he couldn't see any damage but he wanted to take it around back to check closer. Well what do you know, under bright lights only they found hail damage. I know I was NOT in any hail and I parked it covered. The guy said well you see it don't you? To which I replied not without lights, that damage was there before. He said well you checked it first. Well you cant see the small hail dings with out a light on them so how could I have seen them before? This is a scam!!!!! I know I wasn't in hail, plus I can prove hail hit their location before I rented the car and they don't have their cars covered. Plus they refuse to give me my $50cleaning charge back. This company can take meto court, I have proof they are scamming people with previous hail damage. If you rent a car from them ask to inspect the car under a light first or they will try to scam you too. more
