After he (per your policy) quoted me $450 for the "free" estimate, I got very irritated and told him I would. find another company.
From that moment on, he and I became a team. He was deeply concerned with how he could "turn me around" for Power Pro with whom I'd had some history.
Because of his efforts, I agreed to use your company and, thanks to Alex, it was a GREAT experience.
