I’m taking the time to let you know how much I appreciate the new on-site managers you hired. They have enforced rules and have really made a difference at Plaza Verde. I have been a resident for many years here. But in the time that the new managers have been here I personally have felt more secure even thought there always has been an on-site manager, we have never had the access we have now. I commend you on your wise choice in a great management team!\r
