This is the second time I have used the service department and I always have a great experience. They are always willing to work with my warranty company and make the process very smooth. I made an appointment to come in at 7am this morning and I was greeted with many smiles. I was waiting to hear about the diagnosis and I was informed that the warranty company has approved the repairs and that they had to wait on a part from Nashville to complete the work. I was going to rent a car and go pay my registration, but there were no cars because of the Holiday weekend. I didn't know how I was going to get my bill paid when I was told that the shuttle driver would drive me to the office. I was so relieved, especially since I had to pay by the end of today. I was waiting for the shuttle when, I believe, Keith Roberts let me borrow a demo car to pay my bill. When I came back to the dealership I decided to wait and see if my car would be finished today and when I just went up to my Service Associate he informed me that the repair work was done and they were waiting for payment. And now I was just informed I am ready to go. THANK YOU for such wonderful service!!!
