We recently took our Avalon into Maita to get a tutorial on our GPS that was not behaving appropriately. We were wonderfully happy with the help of Lorinda in Customer Relations and Rock, the Service Manager. They could not have been more helpful to us. They both took as much time as we needed to help us. They were exactly what we needed, and Maita Toyota has become the dealership that we will continue to use.
