I had them do work connecting my electrical to my septic installed an extra conduit i did not need and ended up not using scope of work was more than I first thought but did not get property notified how much more it was going to be before the work was done. In the end it cost me a couple of thousand more than I had planned. I expected some more since the scope of work increased but if it was going to be that much more I would have had more estimates and compared.

This job ended up being much more extensive then originally anticipated. Significant changes were made by the customer. Our work was well done and our prices are competitive. We are confident that had the customer chosen to receive multiple estimates for the work we would have still gotten the job. We are sad to hear he does not feel he received good value for his dollar.
