Original appointment scheduled for 8:00--10:00am on Monday 5/19/2014. At exactly 8:00am I received a phone call indicating the original technician was out ill, and another could come by later---which was agreeable. The technician (Rusty) and his trainee were very courteous and quite knowledgeable. They explained what my system needed, and sought permission before any work initiated. I enrolled in your annual maintenance program and expect the same professional service in the future.
