I was very please with the service experience from Reliable Heating and AC especially my technician Conor Morris. From the time he called me to let me know he was on his way to the time he left the premise, he was cordial and knowledgeable. He told me everything he was doing to my AC. Conor advised me what the pressure should be, what the capacity readings were and what they should be. As long as I have been getting my AC service by another company, I have never been given this info and treated as a value customer. I will continue to use Reliable.
