I tried two nights ago to install a kitchen sink but failed miserably. I had changed out a toilet seat earlier that day lol - thought I was ready for sink installation! (We've now been without a kitchen sink for two days.) Apparently the two pieces I couldn't get to work required a special tool which I didn't have (nor did I know it existed!) Thanks Reliable Heating Air & Plumbing!
