I usually love coming to Dr. Johnson's office with my pup. The staff is usually so friendly and welcoming. But the manager (I think she said her name is Jamie) was VERY rude to me in front of another couple. I felt very embarrassed, offended and belittled and from someone called a "manager". We will not return until she has an attitude adjustment. The doctor, however, is very negotiable and has her heart in the right place. Her other staff members are very sweet.
