MacKenzie is a LIFESAVER!!! We recently woke up with no hot water and a puddle in our bedroom where it had (as they say) ""let go"". I called MacKenzie at 7:30AM & I had a new water heater installed SAME DAY!!!! Kudos to MacKenzie on a job well done (& a hot shower)
