Although I was told the car would get washed, it apparently did not. There were dirty finger prints on the hood, and black grease spots on the drivers seat. I wasn't really pleased. My service writer Don, always does a great job, and I'm assuming all the work that was to be done had been completed. Buy you know, it's the small things that make such a big difference when it comes to serving your customers. I was really let down when I left there. I'm sorry I know you are always looking for great feedback. Not this time.
