I am saddened to say that after several loyal years as a patient, I will not be returning to Jones Bridge Dental. I referred my fianc? and his son, telling them how wonderful the service was and how this office never tried to upsell anything. We gave our insurance information several days in advance and were both told that we were all 100% covered for the new patient exams (the two of them) as well as all 3 cleanings. They did not say anything different in the 30-something minutes it took for my fianc?'s intake but when he and his son were already getting their teeth cleaned, he was told that he would need to pay over $200 for their two visits. They only had the usual 6 month services with no extras. When he called them, they said they would look into the matter but still have not bothered to call him back (it's been almost a month). I wrote an email and got a call from their staff while I was at work. When I tried calling back, she said she could not hear me, although she was on a landline and the other people I had just spoken to could hear me just fine. This was very disappointing and they have certainly lost my confidence. I will be posting similar reviews on any sites they are listed, as I would like to warn others to get their quotes in writing before going in. It may save them hundreds of dollars.
