I very much appreciated the email communication. It eliminates a lot of calls and call backs during the work day. Unfortunately, not all the work on the car was completed. In my email, I asked for the tires to be rotated, but I got home, and they were not! So I jacked up the car, got my jack-stands, a wrench, and did it myself. That is my only complaint about the service yesterday.
