I have had my very light family room carpet cleaned by this company 4 times now. I have indoor cats and they like to upchuck on that carpet. It had stains that Stanley Steemer had not been able to remove over multiple visits. Paul got them out first time. He has always been professional and thorough, and the carpet looks great.
