TERRIBLE SERVICE!! - I work for an apartment community and had them out to do repairs for a dishwasher on the apartment. First off I scheduled it for a Wednesday from 10am-2pm. When they didn't show I called them and they said they didn't have all the info they needed and they said they had forgotten to ask for my phone number so they cancelled. (They could have looked up the apartments if that was the case but obviously lazy)... we then rescheduled for Friday. They gave me huff and guff about making sure they had a parking spot for their very heavy tools... when the guy showed up it was a small bag I could carry easily on my own... WHAT?! ... Anyway Friday rolls around and it's 2:30pm... no one shows up... I call the office. They said they don't know where the tech is and they will get back to me. They then call back to say the tech will be here soon since he's on his way... almost 2 hours later I get a call from the tech saying it will be an additional 1.5 hours... seriously?? He ends up showing up at 4:50. Turns out the guy refuses to go in the apartment without me... why wouldn't the office have told me that prior?? Great so now you are wasting MORE of my time. Once we go in the apartment the guy spends about 5min fixing it and we walk out... come to find out the tech actually forgot his car key in the apartment... we have to go back in the apartment to find it and we see the dishwasher is STILL leaking... WOW!!! SO MAD! I made the guy fix it and he made a mess everywhere and wanted to leave it a mess... god awful service and who knows if it will even be completely fixed. NEVER calling them again.
