My lawn service technician was very courteous and friendly. I was called prior to the appointment and recalled when the technician had to reschedule. I appreciate the communication. I have never had issues with Tru Green other than the nitrogen rich treatments giving my yard brown patch. :D All kidding aside, I'm very pleased with my service.
