Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered product in 2013 & only received 1/2 the order. Emailed called and text for my refund many times from 2013-2014 . I even reported them to the BBB, in which they never responded. This went on for more then 4 months, ( I know I gave them way too much time to make it right) When I finally did receive my refund check it was not completely filled out. ( was not able to cash it) I was sent another one and when I went to cash it, there were no funds in the account! Not sure how a place like this could stay in business.
