WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...\r
We purchased a car over a month. We had fallen in love with it and had no problems with the vehicle itself. One month later we received a call from the salesman, Joe, telling us that the financing was finalized (which we thought already had been) and that they were able to get us a better rate - he told us to come on it, it would only take 5-10 minutes to sign the new paperwork and we'd be on our way. We showed up today to do so, and instead of being greeted with paperwork at a lower rate, or at the very least the same rate, we were told that our rate had increased and our payment would be around $100 more a month - THIS IS ONE MONTH LATER! We were completely blindsided by this. We ended up giving the vehicle back and getting back our initial trade vehicle. Although this was a horrible experience, we're choosing to consider it a good thing that is giving us the opportunity to give our business to someone else. I've bought several cars over the years, which is never a stress-free experience, but this one takes the cake. I've never seen a dealership function this way....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
